It was pure serendipity that made me call The Clock Barn. I was driving to work in Amherst one morning thinking of how to find someone who was qualified to work on a grandfather clock of my mother’s that I had broken when I saw the truck with Clock Barn – repairs written on it. I looked them up on line hoping that they would make a house call to western MA. What I found out was that The Clock Barn DID make house calls. I scheduled an appointment and when his arrival was exactly on time, no waiting and wondering if he was lost or not coming. He went right to work on the clock and besides fixing the things I had broken he also fixed things I had not noticed were not working – such as the moon dial.
I highly recommend The Clock Barn for their timeliness, knowledge and efficiency in their work. I plan on using them again in the future for other clock repairs.
